I hand-create one of a kind pendants featuring stones, fossils, and pressed plants from the natural world forever preserved in glass. I've been handcrafting these pendants since 2021. Some of the stones were found by myself in nature. I'm a hobby rockhound and love going to look for rocks when I'm able to. I've always been a creative type since I was old enough to put beads on string, old enough to hold a crayon, old enough to express my innermost thoughts through different kinds of artistic mediums throughout the years.
My hope for the individual who purchases my one of a kind, wearable art is that they feel the same love, care, attention, and magic that I put into each piece when worn.
The stone/fossil/glass pendant is sheathed in a lead free, silver metal tin using a stained glass method called tiffany technique. They have been patinaed and sanded to give off an air of ancient enchantment, like a relic from a long forgotten age~ Pendant focal points are chosen for their beauty and are formed in nature. The metal (lead-free tin solder) elements have been coated with a protective sealant to make the metal skin safe and protect from external moisture in the environment. The pendants are sturdily made and can be heavy depending on the piece. Each pendant takes between 7-14 days to complete. My items are handmade in a smoke-free environment.
I'm influenced by artifacts from lost history that were rediscovered after being buried for many an age then brought again into the light to be cherished again.
